Project Objectives
To support the creation of joint information systems for integrated development of the human resources and support of the mobility and adaptability of the labour force.
- Project start up, management and monitoring.
- Procurement and contracting procedures.
- Research and analysis on the human resources characteristics and the needs of the economic and social sectors.
- Face-to-face interviews with representatives of the employers and with the citizens from the cross-border region.
- Focus groups.
- Development of Strategy for Integrated Regional Human Resources Development (SIRHRD).
- Conferences for sharing of the results of the findings and presenting the Strategy.
- Web information portal.
- E-learning platform.
- Publicity and promotion – newspaper releases, local TV releases, brochures, distribution of the strategy on CDs.
- Prepared two detailed research and analysis on the human resources characteristics and the needs of the economic and social sectors (one for District of Burgas and one for the Province of Kirklareli).
- Developed a Strategy for Integrated Regional Human Resources Development within the cross-border region.
- At least 30 participants in Bulgaria and 30 participants in Turkey attending the two conferences for sharing of the results of the findings and presenting the Strategy.
- Local authorities, SMEs, investors, universities, secondary school authorities, who will use the databases and the resources loaded on the web site.
- Unemployed people and those who would like to change their work, who will use the databases and the resources on the web site.
- Educational facilities who will use the e-learning section of the web site.
- Students and self-educating people who will use the e-learning section on the web site.
- The communities from the cross-border region who will consult about the economic development, employment and educational opportunities through the project web site and the information campaign.
- Human resources in active working age from the cross-border region.
- Local authorities, investors, SMEs, farmers, university and vocation education school representatives who will attend the conferences and use the analysis and reports prepared under the project.
